Tim stays current through continuous monitoring of legal developments and reports in the areas of litigation and insurance coverage to help clients both locally and nationally.
Tim represents corporations and insurance companies and works closely with the firm’s clients on a variety of insurance coverage issues, including:
- lost policy identification
- historical policy form changes, terms, and conditions
- primary/excess coverage issues
- first party coverage
- insurance fraud
- cybersecurity/data privacy liability
Tim assists in preparation of responses to discovery in complex, multi-jurisdictional asbestos litigation for a client to whom the firm is National Corporate Litigation Counsel.
Tim has managed client matters at various stages of both state and federal litigation.
In addition to his practice, Tim acts as a pro bono Asylum Attorney for the Advocates of Human Rights in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
